Return Policy

Returns Policy:


For our returns policy, the item must be returned in the condition it was sent in so we can put this back into stock if the product or box shows signs of use or damage only a partial refund will be given. As we may need to get this re-boxed or wrapped. If the item is electrical and has been open or used only a partial refund will be given as we can not resell this as used. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning by recorded post and also our original cost of postage will also be deducted from the refund. For any items that have been worn like clothing or Back braces, we can only offer a partial refund as they have been used and may not comply with covid restrictions so we may have to dispose of these.


Incompatible or not useful for the intended purpose:


These come under the same policy as no longer wanted. These need to be returned at your cost and our original postage cost will be deducted from the price as this is not our fault. So if the purchase price was £1.99 our postage cost will be approx. 87p so you will be refunded £1.12 plus you have to pay the return cost recorded post to make sure it gets to us:

Items No Longer Wanted:


If you buy an item you no longer want, or you have ordered the wrong product, we are happy to accept returns based on the following conditions.  You have only 14 days to return this from the order date. Item is posted back at your own cost and must be recorded mail to make sure we received this. Once the item has been received, you will be refunded minus our original postage cost of 72p. eg if you buy something for £2.99 – 72p you will receive £2.27

Item Received Damaged:


If items are delivered broken or we have sent the wrong item, we are happy to accept these as a return at our cost (We will pay the return postage) or we will refund you and you dispose of the item.

Items Not Received:


We have a 30 day period from order dates for you to contact us on items not received, because you may have forgotten about the order. After 30 days we can not refund you. If you have given us an incomplete address and the item is now lost. No refund will be given. But if Royal Mail returns this we will refund you less our original postage.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returns Policy
